Beginning January 1, 2024, Seasons Spa Boutique will have a slight price increase to services in order to keep pace with inflation costs and remain competitive in the industry.  Please review these price changes on the website.

Hours of Operation
By Appointment Only - An additional fee of $25.00 will apply towards Friday night (after 3:00 pm.) and Saturday appointments only. This fee is in addition to a 20% gratuity for 2 or persons in a spa party.

A credit card will need to be provided to reserve your appointment.  Please review the cancelation policy.

Scheduling
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check-in.  You will need to fill out necessary forms prior to all spa services. To make your visit more relaxing, please print the appropriate form(s), provided online for your convenience. Complete it, and bring it with you to your appointment.  Punctuality ensures that your services start on time and that you have the best experience possible.

Please schedule appointments for special days and occasions well in advance to accommodate requests for specific times and dates.

Every appointment is confirmed by email 48 hours in advance.  Please call to confirm your appointment if you do not receive a confirmation.

Cancelation Policy
An individual appointment requires a 24 hour notice.  All services canceled with less than 24 hour notice will be charged a 25% cancelation fee.  
Two or more appointments require a 48 hour notice.  All services canceled with less than 48 hour notice will be charged a 50% cancelation fee
All services canceled on the same day as the scheduled appointment will be charged a 75% cancelation fee

All no-show appointments will be charged at full value.
All cancelation and no show fees will be 
due at the time of your next appointment.

Payment Options
Cash, Personal Checks, Visa, Discover and MasterCard are acceptable forms of payment.

There is a 25% service charge on all returned checks.

Tipping is not required, but is greatly appreciated for individual services!
However, there is 20% gratuity charge for 2 or more persons in a spa party.

Returns
No refunds on all products or services provided.  Unopened products may be exchanged or returned within 15 days for merchandise or credit only.  Opened or used products may be returned within 5 days from the date of purchase for merchandise or credit only.  A receipt must be presented with each return/exchange. 

Cell Phones
Please turn off cell phones and pagers prior to each service.

Special Considerations
Please be forthcoming with your personal health.  If you have high blood pressure or a heart condition, it may be best to avoid body wraps or treatments that involve heat or detoxification.  If you are allergic to iodine, avoid marine products such as seaweed.  If you have varicose veins, avoid body scrubs to those areas.  If you are pregnant, avoid essential oils, detoxification and anything that can raise your body temperature.
